Booking
It is the responsibility of Minor Tours Transfers to ensure precise and comprehensive pick-up and drop-off information, essential for the accurate provision of our services. Rectification of any booking errors will adhere to our Changes and Cancellations policy.
Our personnel, acting on behalf of our local Supplier, retain the authority to decline any generated booking request. Should a booking request be unassignable to a Supplier, timely notification will be dispatched via email. For transactions conducted via credit or debit card, customers attest to the accuracy of provided details, ownership of the payment card, and the availability of ample funds to cover the service cost. We reserve the right to verify card details prior to service provision. Failure to validate payment may result in cancellation of the reservation by Minor Tours Transfers on behalf of the Supplier.
Vehicle Type and Description: When booking a private transfer, note that the vehicle type may vary within the specified range. We ensure that the assigned vehicle corresponds precisely to the selection made during booking. Should any alterations occur, clients will be promptly informed and their approval sought. If the client declines, the reservation will be cancelled, and a refund issued for any prepayments.
Reservations made through our platform will be accompanied by the generated invoice, which Larimar Transfer is obligated to furnish to the client. For reservations managed through alternative means, it is incumbent upon Minor Tours Transfers to communicate these conditions to the client through appropriate channels.
Rates and Payment
The applicable price for any service is as displayed on our website at the time of reservation. Subsequent corrections may be requested if the selected product does not correspond accurately to the service data. In such instances, customers will be duly notified, allowing them to accept the revised conditions and proceed with a new reservation or opt for cancellation, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Modifications and Cancellations by the Client
Corrections that do not alter the initially agreed rate, such as passenger count adjustments or changes to flight details or contact information, can be made via the platform. Any fare-increasing modifications necessitate cancellation of the initial reservation and the creation of a new one. Changes can be made directly by the client up to 48 hours before the transfer. For modifications within a shorter timeframe, clients are advised to contact Minor Tours Transfers customer service to ascertain feasibility and potential additional costs.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
Upon cancellation, the client will receive a credit note bearing the company’s signature and stamp, valid for a maximum of one year from its issuance, and not redeemable for cash. Should the credit note be lost, it will neither be refunded nor considered valid.
To obtain a credit note, the client must present an invoice or proof of payment.
Please note:
For reservations requiring full payment to secure space, cancellation requests made within 24 hours will result in a 75% refund of the tour or transfer cost. The remaining 25% will cover operating expenses. If cancellation occurs before 24 hours, the client will receive a full refund.
The validity period of the credit note may vary based on the contracted service.
No Shows
Failure to appear for the contracted service will result in the client being charged the total amount paid. No refunds or returns will be granted, and Minor Tours Transfers will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience.
Please be aware:
Minor Tours Transfers disclaims responsibility for cancellations made through hotel representatives or any means other than its customer service staff. Clients must contact us via email at info@minortourstransfers.com to process cancellations, which must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds for canceled services will be credited to the original booking credit card. Any applicable cancellation charges will be calculated and communicated via email.
Modifications and Cancellations by Minor Tours Transfers
Should our service team need to modify or cancel a transfer for any reason, timely notification will be provided, and alternative options will be explored to avoid additional costs. Any resulting additional charges will be communicated for client validation. Our company assumes responsibility for such events in dealings with our clients.
Responsibility of Minor Tours Transfers
Our responsibility extends to the publication of rates and product information, timely confirmation of reservations via email within 24 hours, and immediate notification of any necessary changes. However, Larimar Transfer assumes no responsibility for information transferred to local suppliers on behalf of clients. Our staff is not liable for any illness, injury, death, or loss incurred during service performance, including luggage or personal belongings. Any claims in this regard must be resolved between the client and the local transportation provider or covered by contracted insurance.
